Beginners 9 week training program including a nutrition plan. This is designed for people new to exercise with step by step guidance on each of the exercises. All the exercises can be done in your own home without the need of equipment. You will be guided through the program by the use of an app which contains the plan I have designed for the beginner level. Phase 2 of the beginners program. This offers a spike in the intensity level of the training, pushing you safely an effectively to the next level in your fitness journey. It consists of an 8 week program aimed at total body fitness. This also includes a more detailed nutrition plan to follow. Bikini Body 8 week program. This is an intermediate level fitness program, which gets progressively more challenging. It incorporates a variety of exercises with a focus on core training and body tone. A diet plan is included to help you achieve your bikini body goals. Blokes Body Blitz. A training program aimed at the male beginner and intermediate alike this program combines cardio training, endurance and core strengthening exercises to give the maximum benefit to your fitness. There is also a nutrition plan provided with this program to assist you in the 8 week program. All the exercises can be done in your own home without the need of equipment. Elite Military Level 12 week program. In order to start this program you should have a good level of fitness. The program gets progressively harder over the 12 weeks. The individual should be able to cover at least a 5 mile jog. The program requires daily training in weeks 2-3 with only one rest day. There is a significant amount of cardio vascular and endurance training to start with, strength and circuit training is introduced from week 4. It doesn’t get much tougher than this!
